Tip: I took an old medium sized water fountain and before turning it on or adding water, I painted the entire fountain with neon paint. 

Once it was all dry and the guest started coming in I turned it on.  Every thought it was awesome!  It glowed and the water sounds went well with the theme.

To add to their excitement rent a limo and take a cruise around town or use it to pick up your son or daughters friends.

To settle the teens down at night rent a movie at the hotel and order some room service.  Now this is an awesome and memorable 13th birthday party.
