Magical Fairy Kids Party Ideas!

A fairy kids party is a magical idea and a perfect way to celebrate the occasion.  A fairy party can be either a:

• Tinkerbell Party
• Barbie Fairytopia
• Fairy Tea Party
• Fairy Garden Party

Or just simply a majestic fairy kids party!  To create this magical fairy party I created a planner just for you.  Whether your on a tight budget or have a lot of fairy dollars you can make this party gorgeous for your little precious.

Fairy Party Decoration Ideas

To create a majestic atmosphere for the kids you will need:

Color Scheme: Bright Green, Fuchsia (bright pink), Purple

• 3 packages of balloons of all three colors

• Yellow and pink flowers (real or foe)

• Foe leaves, ivy's or flower vines

• 3 table clothes of all three colors (fabric or disposable)

• Purple ribbon (approximately 4 meters) depending on number of chairs

• Butterflies (made or bought)

• Stars (made or bought)

• Pink napkins (paper or fabric)

• Paper plates (pink and/ or purple)

Wrap the party table (s) in bright green table cloths.  Then wrap all the chairs in the bright pink table cloths. 

Secure the chair covers with the purple ribbon.  To add a touch of magic attach an object at the back of the chairs.  This could be:

• Fairy Wings

• Flowers

• Fairy Wands

• Butterflies

For a majestic table, hang all three colors of balloons from the ceiling.  Then attach butterflies and stars to fishing wire and sporadically hang from the ceiling along with the balloons. 

Center the table with flower vines, ivy's, and flowers.  Set the table with your beautiful paper plates, napkins and utensils. 

Tip: Take out the Christmas lights either clear or white and hang them around the house to add to the theme

Let's get crafty

During the fairy kids party this creative craft can be turned into a wonderful activity.  In a convenient area in the house's set up a craft table with colorful supplies for these perfect wands.

If you would like these wands ready for the kids as the come to the party.  Make them the night before.  They are simple, easy and fun.

Magic Wands

To create the wands using twigs will give the wands a real majestic feel.  The kids will love them and they will go great with the theme.

You will need:

• Twigs from outside

• 2 or 3 different colors of tissue paper

• Glue

• Glitter

• Accessories (optional) these could be tiny butterflies, gems or beads

What to do:

1. Cut pieces of tissue paper (not need for measuring)

2. Glue them to the top of the twig

3. Brush glue lightly on tissue paper

4. Sprinkle with glitter

5. Allow to dry

To do's at a Fairy Party

Fairy Kids Party Food and Drinks

Create a beautiful food table!  Dress the table up with some vine flowers and butterflies. 

For the food you can have these great ideas below or create a buffet table with an assortment of finger foods.

This a great idea if you have tons of picky little eaters.

Appetizers

• Fruit kabobs
• Strawberries dipped in chocolate
• Heart shaped sandwiches

Tip: Place these yummy and healthy appetizers on a silver platter to add to the magical theme

Main dish

• Mini pizza's with fairy bread or
• Mini burgers with fries or
• Mini hotdogs with fries

Tip: Shape the pizza with cookie cutter shaped as hearts, butterflies or stars to go with the theme

Side dish

• A garden salad or create a do it yourself salad bar
• Veggies and dip
• Candy apples

Dessert

• Jello in a cup topped with whipped cream
• Cup cakes topped with a pink mousse and sprinkles

Drinks

• Fairy berry burst (make this with regular juice, add grapes or cherries and pour in a plastic fancy glass)
• Fruit punch

Tip: By the drinks put some pop rocks in a bowl and call it fairy kids party dust.  The kids could sprinkle some in there glass for a popping magical sound!
